At Metrix Interiors, about half of our projects involve working with newly plastered walls, a ceiling and a floor. These are new buildings, or properties which have been subjected to complete rehabilitation. With a clean sheet, no staff to work around and – usually – few constraints on what can be done, we can create just the environment our client – landlord or tenant – requires. It's easy to arrange essential services to match the final office layout, and produce an efficient workplace which feels good to work in and is impressive to visit.

Going from old to new, without moving
Any interior space needs to be kept looking good and working well. People gradually degrade any interior, just by being there. It's a natural physical process. Which is why buildings do, from time-to-time, need a makeover. Often, redecoration will not be enough. Working practises change, the equipment we use evolves, departments come and go, new facilities need to be not just incorporated, but integrated.

Inevitably, any facilities manager will regularly face the task of refurbishment.
Metrix is used to that too. We can work around you while you carry on business as usual, concentrating disruptive procedures in overnight or weekend periods, making sure you come back to functioning premises every morning. If you don't plan to move, but do want to upgrade your accommodation, we'll provide you with offices that you'll be delighted to work in, that your customers will be pleased to visit.
