Metrix interiors have been appointed to carry out the fit-out of 4th floor, Craven House, Uxbridge Road on behalf of John Rowan & Partners. The 8000 sq ft floor plate will be divided up into offices, meeting rooms, kitchen & breakout facilities with open plan desk workstations for around 60 staff.
The scope of works includes, partitions & doors, folding walls, air conditioning, lighting, power & data, decoration, plumbing, flooring & furniture. Works are to be completed within a 5 week timeframe.
