Refurbishment for Macclesfield House
Oxford International College has taken up residence on the 2nd and 3rd floors (approx 7,000 sq ft.) of Macclesfield House.
Metrix Interiors were retained to carry out refurbishment works comprising of: Asbestos removal, upgrade of W/C and tea point facilities, new emergency and general office lighting, upgrade of fire detection systems, floor coverings, and general decoration. The fitting out comprised of solid and half glazed partitions to form 30 classrooms and 2 No labs inclusive of gas, water and power supplies.
