Fulcrum Pharma

Following a recent acquisition Fulcrum Pharma decided to relocate both their Wokingham and Hemel Hempstead offices to a brand new 6,500sq ft floor at Building A3, Glory Park, Wooburn Green. Metrix Interiors had been assisting the landlords in offering fit out advice to potential tenants on the park and were introduced early in the negotiations to assist Fulcrum Pharma in fitting out options.

Metrix Interiors were asked to provide a Design and Build proposal for the fitting out of the new premises along with 3 other D&B contractors and were awarded the contract on the strength of our design, transparency of our proposal and competitive tender.

The project comprised full height silicon jointed glazed partitions, power & data cabling installation, tea point facilities, air conditioning/ ventilation, decoration, access control, emergency systems and flooring.

The contract also included 60 workstations along with meeting room, boardroom and breakout area furniture manufactured by Samuel Bruce.
