HIFX PLC

Following continual expansion HIFX PLC decided to relocate from Gainsborough serviced offices into Morgan House, Madeira Walk in Windsor.

The office space comprised two floors and was in need of extensive refurbishment to bring it up to date. The Mechanical and Electrical services were of the utmost importance as HIFX intend to heavily populate the areas.

Following initial designs and costings Metrix Interiors were appointed as main contractors for the project and are working alongside M & E Consultants Wilkinson Aldcroft.

CAT6 data cabling and new power sockets were provided to each of the 220 desk positions via floor boxes and CAT2 lighting has been used throughout with feature lighting in the reception and meeting areas.

The majority of the existing air conditioning system was stripped out and replaced with new VRV equipment. The Comms room is cooled via a separate system and we have also installed an FM200 gas extinguishing system.

The rest of the scheme comprises new Armstrong Dune ceilings throughout along with silicon jointed glazed partitions. All new skirting is Maple Veneer and doorframes are in Cherry veneer. Full height doors Cherry Veneered doors with Maple inlays were used throughout the two floors.
