Grohe Ltd needed to relocate its office and showroom facilities to Egham in order to be closer to their customers.

Thomas Williams Group were appointed to identify a suitable building and then project manage the fit out.

After a tender process Metrix were chosen as main contractors and to develop the design scheme.

The project comprised of 9000 sqft of office space and 6000sqft of showroom and training facilities.

Works included raised floors, suspended ceilings, lighting, access ramps, partitions, flooring and bathroom displays.

Full working bathroom and shower mock-ups were installed with a heavy plumbing and waste requirement.

Ceramic tiling, Karndean flooring and furniture from Elite completed the scheme.
