A well-established financial investment company were looking to expand and move from their existing offices in London W1 into a more central location in the City.

After viewing several buildings they and their design team chose to take 5,000 sf on the 6th floor of 30 King William Street EC2.

The 6th floor had already undergone a dilapidations refurbishment when the previous tenants moved out. However this had not been finished to a sufficient standard so their design team produced a scheme more in keeping with the quality required by a successful financial investment company and retained Metrix Interiors to carry out the fitting out works.

Exiting floor boxes and lighting were repositioned and added too in order to suit the new office layout. Mitsubishi Independent Air Conditioning was installed within the comms room and acoustic cellular meeting rooms / offices were installed utilizing "Sector" full height double glazed partitions and doors. New kitchen / breakout facilities were provided utilizing Ikea cabinets, glass splash backs and chrome fittings. Floor finishes by Forbo Nairn and Interface together with security systems, audio visual facilities and furnishings by Laporta completed the scheme.
